Mortgage industry entrepreneur, Paul Welch opens Singapore office to provide multi-million pound private finance facilities for property, yachts and jets. Carl Clump appointed as non-executive chairman, Asia Pacific.

As the next stage in his group’s worldwide expansion strategy, Paul Welch, CEO of and founder of MillionPlus Private Finance, has hired international businessman Carl Clump as non-executive chairman, Asia Pacific, to develop the group’s business in that region from its new office in Singapore.

Mr Clump will work with  both, the specialist mortgage broker for high net worth individuals, and MillionPlus Private Finance, which arranges private finance facilities in excess of £1 million for international entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals and their families across all asset classes, including aviation, marine and property finance. He aims to develop the business quickly through a combination of partnerships and recruitment.
