2020 has thrown up a plethora of challenges and, when the COVID crisis first hit, we were prepared to batten down the hatches for a very rough ride. However, our team has experienced the opposite effect, and we have found that we are helping more clients than ever.
As more mortgage deals have been withdrawn1 and lenders have begun to forensically examine applications, we have still been able to find our clients lending solutions, tailored to their individual needs. Why? Because our specialism has always been in finding solutions to challenging circumstances. There is no ‘tick box’ exercise for large and specialist lending; by its very nature it is a bespoke process which requires having the best in the business on your team. We’re used to having to hunt down niche offerings and negotiate with decision makers to present our clients’ cases, so it’s no wonder that more and more people are turning to us when they draw a blank with High Street lenders and mainstream brokers.
