It is possible to get a buy to let mortgage without proof of earnings, dependent on your circumstances. There are some lenders that have no minimum income requirement, and will base the decision to lend primarily on the rental income that the property will generate. Generally, those lenders that are prepared to grant a mortgage without proof of income will still want to see that you are managing your money well, and are making payments on any existing credit commitments on time. The fact that you already own your own property is also a very important factor in being able to obtain finance.
